Job Summary

The HR Manager will lead and support the organisation’s people strategy, ensuring effective employee management, employee engagement, compliance, and a positive workplace culture across the organisation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Professional HR certification or membership will be an added advantage.
