Job Summary

The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for both print and digital platforms. You will translate client and internal briefs into high-quality designs that adhere to our brand standards and design principles. You must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects at once, and have excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of and fluency in industry-standard design tools including:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Figma

Design Principles: Apply a strong grasp of design fundamentals to all work, including layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, contrast, and typography.

Multi-Format Asset Creation: Ability to design assets across diverse formats:

• Print Media: Handling CMYK color modes, preparing print-ready files, and designing packaging.
• Digital Platforms: Creating engaging graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and web design assets.

Communication:

• Clearly understand and clarify client briefs.
• Confidently present and articulate design concepts to the team and clients.
• Be receptive to and act upon constructive feedback.

Time Management: Balance a multi-project workload while maintaining high quality and meeting all delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Portfolio: You must submit a curated portfolio of 4 to 8 best projects that demonstrate your creative problem-solving skills and your design process from concept to execution.

Education: A degree in graphic design or equivalent practical experience.

Experience: A proven track record in graphic design, which can include past freelance work, internships, or professional design projects that demonstrate a history of meeting deadlines.
