Job Description

Social Media Visuals: Responsible for the design of daily posters, long-form event images, and banners on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Offline Point of Sale Materials (POSM): Design promotional materials for various retail stores, such as posters, X-stands, counter stickers, lightbox films, etc.

Out-of-Home (OOH): Design large-scale visual creatives such as city billboard ads and bus body ads.

Event Support: Provide visual support (such as backdrop design, invitation design, and peripheral gift design) for press conferences or roadshow events.

Localization adjustment: Recreate and optimize the general creatives from headquarters according to the aesthetic preferences of the Tanzanian market.

Qualifications

Work Experience: It is recommended to have 1-3 years or more of relevant work experience, with preference given to those with a background in mobile communications, FMCG, or advertising companies.

Aesthetic Ability: Has a keen sense of color and layout, and can balance "brand tone" with "local market appeal".

Language Skills: Fluent English and Swahili writing proficiency.

Execution Ability : Capable of adapting to the fast-paced mobile phone industry and having the ability to deliver high-quality work on time under pressure.

Bonus Items

Multimedia Skills: Proficient in basic video editing (Premiere/After Effects) or 3D rendering.

Photography/Retouching: Possess commercial photography or advanced retouching capabilities.

Equipment familiarity: Familiar with printing processes and materials, able to directly interface with local suppliers and ensure the quality of finished products.
