JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate grader or heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
- Follow site instructions and safety guidelines
- Level and prepare surfaces according to project requirements
- Report mechanical issues to supervisors promptly
- Keep accurate records of work performed
Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy machinery (grader, loader, or similar equipment)
- Valid operator’s license or certification for heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and machinery maintenance
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical skills
- Ability to read site plans and follow directions
- Understanding of construction or roadwork operations
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors for long periods
- Commitment to workplace safety
