Job Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all operations. This role entails ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective functioning of all core departments—including production, administration, marketing, and sales—while aligning operational activities with company goals and standards. The General Manager will drive productivity, operational excellence, and business growth through hands-on management, cross-departmental coordination, and continuous performance monitoring

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Alignment.
2. Operational Excellence & Business Oversight.
3. Financial Oversight.
4. Human Capital Strategy & Organizational Development.
5. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Leadership.
6. Executive Reporting & Communication
7. Facility & Resource Management.

Key Requirements;
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Production and Operation Management or Related field.
5+ years of progressive Management experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational improvements.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
