Responsibilities

• Manage all Front Office operations
• Lead a team of hospitality professionals
• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with MGallery standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems
