JOB DETAILS:
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: General Manager
Number of Vacancies: 1
Job Overview: To oversee the restaurant, banqueting, and bar operations, ensuring excellent service, quality food and beverage, and profitable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the F&B team, including waitstaff and bartenders.
- Develop menus, set service standards, and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Control budgets, costs, and inventory for the department.
- Plan and coordinate banqueting events and functions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Train staff on service procedures, upselling, and product knowledge.
