JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements and reporting processes within the transportation industry.
Responsibilities:
The Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making. Key duties include:
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing financial trends and providing insights to management.
- Managing financial reporting processes and improving efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must possess a strong educational background and relevant professional qualifications. Essential requirements include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A CPA (T) qualification is mandatory.
- A solid auditing background is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the transportation, fleet, logistics, or automotive industries.
