Responsibilities or duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Entering and maintaining accurate financial data in the ERP system.
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining financial records for easy access and reference.
- Reviewing and verifying employee expense claims.
- Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Maintaining trade invoices and ensuring payments are reconciled regularly.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of Purchase Orders and BTS fuel terms and conditions.
- Collaborating with various departments to reconcile expense reports.
- Ensuring all financial documents are securely stored and properly maintained.
- Analyzing financial data to assess the company’s financial performance.
- Preparing cost-reduction analyses and recommending improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring approved budgets and ensuring departmental and branch expenditures remain within budget allocations.
Qualifications or requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts and procedures effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify financial discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Good email communication skills.
