Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
• Monitor costs and recommend savings opportunities.
• Support financial modelling and strategic planning.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification.
• 6–8 years of experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Banking industry experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, financial modelling, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-support abilities.
