Job Summary:

The Facility Maintenance Officer is responsible for the physical upkeep of the building. This includes managing the preventive maintenance schedule, handling repairs, and supervising the maintenance team to ensure the facility is safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and tenant maintenance complaints.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Prepare maintenance reports and budget recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
