CD Horizon invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions:
Equipment Operator Team Leader (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise equipment operators on site
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines
- Enforce safety standards and operational procedures
- Report daily site activities to management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy-duty machines
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in construction, mining, or heavy equipment operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
