JOB DETAILS:
The Tanzania Forest Conservation Group (TFCG) is a national NGO whose mission is to conserve and restore the biodiversity of globally important forests in Tanzania for the benefit of the present and future generations. TFCG, in partnership with the Community Forestry Network of Tanzania (MJUMITA) is implementing Phase 2 of the Transforming Tanzania's Charcoal Sector Project. The project is financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. As part of this project, TFCG is seeking applications from qualified Tanzanian women and men for the following positions:
Enterprise Officers, Kilosa and Mvomera Morogoro

Responsibilities
Enterprise Officers are responsible for ensuring that the Sustainable Charcoal Project" achieves sustainable charcoal and timber value chains. S/he is also responsible for building the capacity of Community members, traders and local government with regard to the smooth operation of the sustainable charcoal and timber value chain,

Qualifications and experience
• Bachelors or higher degree in a subject related to business or natural resources Management
• At least 3 years experience in working in the natural resources sector with particular experience on enterprise development.
