Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the planning, design, optimization, and execution of all CAPEX projects related to our telecom tower infrastructure portfolio in Tanzania. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience managing capital projects and engineering teams in telecom, construction, or utilities.
- Certifications:
- PMP certification is required.
- Skills:
- Expert in financial modeling, data analysis, budget management, and project controls.
- Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-million-dollar annual CAPEX budgets and forecasts based on business growth plans, network upgrades, and expansion needs.
- Conduct in-depth cost-benefit and ROI analysis for proposed capital projects.
- Review project proposals and engineering documents for alignment with budgets, network requirements, company standards, and local regulations.
- Create detailed project plans and manage schedules, resources, budgets, communications, quality control, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project health through status reports, financial audits, site inspections, and performance reviews.
