Background

This role is for an Engineer Grade II – Electrical at TSN, with an expected start date of December 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To perform operational checks on equipment;
• To operate all equipment associated with printing operations;
• To gather materials necessary to print;
• To plan both routine and periodic maintenance;
• To perform operator preventative maintenance;
• To ensure thorough and accurate completion of reports, logs, production tags, etc;
• To interpret computer printouts for job, material, and cylinder requirements;
• To ensure safe handling and storage of print rolls;
• To maintain safety in the work area;
• To maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area;
• To assign and supervise work for technicians;
• To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisors.

Qualifications

Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions. Must be registered by ERB as Graduate Engineer.
