CD HORIZON is an international company expanding its operations in Africa. We are seeking qualified, experienced, and results-driven professionals to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities or duties

• Plan and manage earthwork operations (excavation, backfilling, transport)
• Supervise workforce and ensure productivity and discipline
• Coordinate equipment (excavators, trucks) for efficient utilization
• Control project costs and optimize execution
• Liaise with clients/consultants for approvals and inspections
• Enforce safety standards on site

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong planning, cost control, and team management skills
• Ability to manage equipment allocation and site efficiency

Experience needed

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in earthworks/site operations
