JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

The Driver Supervisor oversees a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with schedules, safety standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assign driving duties to drivers.
• Monitor driver performance and conduct regular evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Investigate and report accidents or incidents.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Train new drivers on company procedures.
• Maintain records of driver hours, routes, and fuel consumption.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid driving license and experience as a professional driver.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fleet management and safety standards.
• Ability to handle conflicts and make decisions under pressure.
