Overview / Job Summary
Drive retail banking sales by proactively promoting liabilities products through daily customer engagement, achieving sales targets, deepening client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in line with business objectives.
We are hiring! Join the team as a Direct Sales Agent in a performance-driven, target-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Tenure
6 months (renewable based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for retail banking liabilities products.
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers.
- Guide customers through the account opening process, ensuring strict compliance with company policy and requirements such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-money laundering policies.
- Represent the bank professionally and uphold our customer-first philosophy in all interactions.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum of Form Four (O-Level) up to Diploma level.
- Age: 18 years and above.
- Knowledge of retail banking products and customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in a performance-driven and target-oriented environment.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
