Background
The organization seeks to engage a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across digital platforms.
Objective of the Assignment
To develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that increase online presence, audience engagement, and conversion rates while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Managing and growing social media platforms through content planning, posting, and community engagement.
- Creating and coordinating digital content, including graphics, short videos, captions, and campaign messages.
- Designing marketing materials and multimedia content for digital campaigns.
- Managing paid digital advertising campaigns and optimizing performance.
- Overseeing website content updates, basic SEO practices, and performance optimization.
- Monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, and providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Staying updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Deliverables
- Digital marketing strategy and monthly action plans.
- Social media content calendars.
- Digital campaign performance reports (monthly/quarterly).
- Lead generation and engagement reports with recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and analytics tools.
- Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Adobe Lightroom.
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reporting and Coordination
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Business Development / Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams.
Duration of Assignment
Full-time or contract-based, subject to performance and organizational needs.
Location
As assigned by the organization, with flexibility for on-site and remote work.
Terms and Conditions
Remuneration and contractual terms will be defined upon engagement.
