About the Role

The Digital Communications & Content Officer manages digital channels and creates engaging content to grow audience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and content calendar.
• Create and publish digital content (text, images, video, infographics).
• Manage the organization's website and blog.
• Monitor analytics and optimize digital performance.
• Support email marketing and newsletters.
• Engage online communities and respond to comments.
• Stay updated on digital trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–5 years of digital communications experience.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
