Kahama Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (KUWASA) is a full autonomous public entity established with the water work Act (Cap 272), which has been replaced with the water supply and sanitation Act, 2009. The authority was established to operate reliable, affordable and sustainable water supply and sanitation services in Kahama Town.
JOB DETAILS:
As a result of expansion of the existing distribution network, that has also made a substantial increase of customer base,
KUWASA wishes to recruit competent Tanzanians to fill the following vacant posts
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIF|CATIONS
Hoider of Diploma in Business Administration from reconized college, Knowledge of computer applications, with at least 5years working experience in water Sector/water supply and Sanitation Authourities. Age limit 20-35
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing of cuslomer consumption based on meter reading received.
- Maintain customer reoords in ledgers ensuring accurate records.
- Preparation of customer bills and ensure they are dispatched.
- Enter customer payments in the ledgers
- Aliend to custome ints and forward to ihe appropflate secliun for resolution
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
