Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Care Executive to be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience that fosters loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and address their questions about products, services, and store policies.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently according to company guidelines.
  • Manage customer inquiries received via phone, email, and social media.
  • Collect customer feedback and share it with the management and relevant departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized customer service desk area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
