JOB DETAILS:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate loan applications and make informed decisions on loan approvals and denials.
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify and mitigate risk to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
• Meet sales targets and performance goals.
• Business growthQUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3 year of experience in lending or a related field.
• Strong understanding of loan products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Microfinance, Community or related field.

• Motorbike riding skills is an added advantage.
