• Hit the ground running in terms of identifying, targeting and tendering on new projects.
• Develop and implement a successful after-market strategy to ensure profitable repeat business from the existing and a new customer base.
• Pro-actively target and successfully convert Competitor’s Customers the company’s product offerings.
• Development & achievement of an annual budget.
• Mentoring and develop the back-office Technical Support Team.
• Adherence to all HSE and housekeeping requirements as well as the Duty of Care Policy at all times.
  

Requirements:

• B Eng. / BTech – Metallurgical / Mechanical Engineering;
• Valid Driver’s License; Microsoft (Excel / Word / PowerPoint);
• ERP Software; E-Curves; Q-Pulse; E-Proc

Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years Management experience as the Head of Department; 3 – 5 years Sales experience of Industrial, Mechanical and Process equipment; Previous business experience in African Countries
