JOB DETAILS:

QUALIFICATIONS

To be employed, candidates must have completed Form Four and hold a Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts from a Government‑recognized College.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all culinary tasks in the Hospital.
• Prepare patient food requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas and utensils.
• Serve staff/patients in food matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

I. All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged between 18 and 35 years.

II. Applicants must submit an application letter and the following copies:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Birth certificate.
• National Identification (NIDA) card.
• Secondary Education certificates legally certified.
• Professional certificates in the relevant field.
• Full Registration and valid License for the respective cadre.
• The applicant should attach two (2) passport‑size photographs and a letter of confirmation from the Ward or Village Executive Officer of their place of origin in the application letter.

III. Must be the legal owner of the academic certificates.

IV. Must have two guarantors who are Public Service employees.

V. Must not have been previously employed in any Public Institution since graduation.

VI. Certificates issued by foreign examination boards for Form Four (CSE) or Form Six (ACSE) education must be verified by the National Examinations Council (NECTA).
