Job Overview:

The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for our Bistro & Bar, following established recipes and standards. You will work as part of a kitchen team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items in a timely manner.
  • Follow recipes, presentation specifications, and portion controls.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene and safety (HACCP).
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering.
  • Keep the kitchen workspace clean, organized, and sanitized.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or bistro setting.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
