Role Overview:
To lead teaching, research, and service in Community Medicine, Public Health, Health Systems, and Population Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach community medicine, public health, health promotion, and health systems to medical and public health students.
- Conduct research in primary health care, health equity, health policy, non-communicable diseases, or health services research.
- Supervise MPH, DrPH, and PhD students.
- Engage with government health departments, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Lead community-based participatory research, field attachments, and service-learning programs.
- Contribute to national public health policy and programming.
Requirements:
- PhD in Public Health, Community Medicine, Epidemiology, or related field.
- Mandatory GPA: Master’s GPA ≥ 4.0; Bachelor’s GPA ≥ 3.5.
- Extensive experience in teaching, research, and community engagement.
- Record of publications and externally funded projects in public health.
- Leadership experience in academic or public health settings.
