JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking an entry-level Intern Butcher to learn the trade from our experienced Head Butcher. You will assist in basic meat preparation and processing tasks.
Responsibilities or duties
- Assist in basic butchering tasks such as trimming and portioning.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the butchery area and equipment.
- Receive and store meat deliveries properly.
- Learn about different meat cuts and quality standards.
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures.
Qualifications or requirements
- Interest in meat processing and culinary arts.
- A certificate, Form IV and above. A related certificate is an added advantage.
- Physical stamina and ability to work with meat products.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
