Job Summary:
The Commercial Officer is responsible for managing contracts, procurement, and commercial agreements. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team and operations to ensure commercial viability and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Analyze market trends to identify commercial opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with trade laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams on commercial risks.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or Commerce.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial/contract management.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and legal aptitude.
