Position Summary
The Cluster Manager will supervise multiple sales teams within a designated geographic area or market segment. The role focuses on developing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring that sales operations meet company targets.

Manyara

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise retail shops within the assigned cluster.
- Plan and coordinate all sales activities to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and submit regular reports.
- Conduct monthly audits of products, stock levels, and shop accounts to ensure timely deposit of sales cash.
- Address team feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Follow up on customer credit purchases and manage defaulters.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure proper use and management of company assets within the district.
- Utilize the sales software application to monitor daily market activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities.
- Creative decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate within the assigned regions for sales activities.
