HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for Civil Engineers who will be responsible for the planning, design, supervision, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
* Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
* Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
* Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
* Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
* Resolve design and development problems on-site and propose effective engineering solutions.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Ensure materials and work performed are in accordance with project specifications.
* Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare reports, documentation, and project progress updates for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers throughout project phases.
QUALIFICATIONS;
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* 5–10 years of proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and best practices.
* Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
* Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Registered with relevant engineering boards or professional bodies is an added advantage.
