JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handle cash floats, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in a busy entertainment venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive cash, card, and mobile money payments from customers.
• Issue receipts and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Reconcile sales with the POS system and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
• Provide excellent customer service during transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age 18 years and above.
• Previous cashiering experience is an advantage.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
