Job Summary:

Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately while providing friendly and efficient service at hotel outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and issue receipts.
  • Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and refunds.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions and pricing.

Requirements:
