Beach Safari Holidays is looking for an experienced and passionate Camp Manager to lead one of our safari properties in Tanzania.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments
• Lead, train, and support staff
• Host guests and ensure exceptional service throughout their stay
• Personally handle check-ins, check-outs and guest relations
• Manage stock control, purchasing, costing, and daily cash reports
• Inspect rooms and facilities to maintain high standards
• Drive sales by knowing all available activities and services
• Work closely with the GM on budgets, reports, and maintenance plans

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar hospitality management role
• Well spoken, outgoing and professional in appearance and behaviour
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Hotel school or higher education (advantage)
• Sales-focused with strong cost control skills
• Computer-literate and confident with reservation systems
