Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.

Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of all departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with coffee farmers, suppliers, and customers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the coffee industry or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred.

Proven track record of business development and achieving growth targets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
