JOB DETAILS:

Educational Qualifications: Degree in Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computing, Statistics or Business.

• Advanced MS Excel skills and data management skills
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics
• Fluency in Swahili and English

Key Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst who will know that true progress is made at the intersection of business in Telecom business analyst, you’ll be highly skilled in both.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with Sales Teams across the company to maximize Sales the effective use of the CRM system and uncover areas for enhancement.
2. Identifying upsells and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer data and engagement Sales Team
3. Assisting in launching new sales and marketing initiatives by creating targeted to sales Team and monitoring their response.
4. Evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
5. Designing sophisticated optimization strategies for acquisition and retention campaigns.
6. Keeping a close watch on business performance.
7. Maintaining a proactive approach to continuously improving business outcomes.
8. Evaluating Merchants performance behavior and providing insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the client’s experience.
