Responsibilities or duties
The Business Administrator will oversee and coordinate office operations, manage budgets, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting the management team in achieving organizational goals. The role may also include liaising with vendors, addressing clients’ inquiries and supervising administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Strong organization and administrative skills, including time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in financial management, budget preparation and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office suite or similar
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic working environments
Experience needed
Previous experience in administration, business management or a related field is preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline
