Job Description

• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the loan process.
• Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options available, including the terms and conditions of these services.
• Review and prepare credit proposals, conduct credit assessments, and evaluate the creditworthiness of clients.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other relevant financial information.
• Review and update credit and loan files regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review loan agreements to ensure they are complete and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about new types of loans, financial services, and products to better meet clients’ needs.
• Submit loan applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Market financial products to individuals and businesses by promoting MOFCL services that meet customers’ financial needs.
• Prepare and update daily operational and performance reports.
• Send statements of delinquencies to the credit bureau in accordance with regulatory requirements.
