JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

To advance teaching and research in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Genetics, with emphasis on molecular mechanisms of disease and translational science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, and metabolic pathways to medical and science students.
• Establish a robust research program in areas such as cancer biology, genetic disorders, enzymology, or metabolic diseases.
• Mentor graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
• Secure external research funding and publish in reputable journals.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary teaching and curriculum development.
• Maintain laboratory facilities and ensure biosafety compliance.

Requirements:

• PhD role: PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field; strong publication record.
• Master’s role: Master’s in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology.
• Mandatory GPA: Master’s GPA ≥ 4.0; Bachelor’s GPA ≥ 3.5.
• Expertise in molecular techniques (PCR, sequencing, protein analysis, CRISPR).
• Teaching experience at university level.
