JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Bartenders/Baristas. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant resort environment and contribute to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of drinks (cocktails, juices, coffee, tea)
- Serve guests at the bar with speed and friendliness
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and work area
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
- Ensure drinks are prepared according to resort quality standards
Requirements:
- Age 22-35
- Bartending or barista experience is an advantage (training can be provided)
- Good communication skills in English & Swahili
- Well-groomed, honest, and hardworking
- Willing to relocate to Paje, Zanzibar
- Ready to start immediately
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
