Job Overview:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. You will create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and pool deck while ensuring responsible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and other drinks.
  • Provide engaging and friendly service to guests at the bar and pool deck.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar station.
  • Process customer payments and handle cash responsibly.
  • Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
  • Follow all alcohol serving regulations and hotel policies.
  • Assist in taking food orders and basic table service if required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bartender in a hotel, bar, or restaurant.
  • Knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the part-time schedule.
