Barman
Role Summary
The Barman will prepare and serve beverages while creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
- Recommend beverages and engage with guests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Support special events and functions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a bartender.
- Excellent beverage preparation and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Only Tanzanian candidates will be considered.
