Capital Ltd is an international & highly respected mineral exploration drilling company with operations spanning over 3 continents, an industry leader in safety with ambitious growth strategies. In Tanzania we have our Head office in Mwanza and operations covering 3 main mining companies / sites within Tanzania.
We have an immediate requirement for experienced, motivated and professional automotive/commercial transport mechanics who will be working in the mining industry in Tanzania. You will have had an extensive background in repairing, troubleshooting a wide range of Auxiliary mining support equipment that includes but not limited to Toyota utility trucks, medium and heavy sized support vehicles. .

You will be required to have:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Electromechanical and mechanical engineering knowledge background.
• Experience in a wide range of equipment; light, medium, and heavy duty vehicles, diesel operated generators, compressors.
• 10 Years maintaining Toyota, Isuzu, Beiben, Volvo – light and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Hydraulic systems, low voltage Electric systems, contamination control.
• Toyota Hilux, Landcruiser, Isuzu – N Series, Mitsubishi Fuso Canter – 7th and 8th Gen FBA/FEA Models, Volvo — FL12, Beiben HD Trucks —all models,
• Component repair, computer diagnostics & amp; testing experience.
• Sound knowledge of troubleshooting procedures.
• Be able to demonstrate their knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
• Demonstrated ability to empower local communities and hold “cultural awareness” in high regard.
• Working experience with diverse cultures is preferred.
• Capable of using Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
