Our client is a leading professional services firm providing audit, tax, advisory, assurance, and business consulting services. They are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, supervise audit teams, manage client relationships, ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards, and deliver high-quality audit services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical audit knowledge, excellent leadership and analytical skills, sound professional judgment, and proven experience managing audit engagements.

• Plan, manage, and oversee audit engagements from commencement to completion.
• Review financial statements and audit working papers.
• Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with applicable auditing standards and regulations.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor audit teams.
• Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Review audit findings and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
• Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support business development and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
• Ensure compliance with the firm’s internal quality control policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant audit experience, with experience at managerial or supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of International Standards on Auditing and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience managing audit teams and multiple engagements.
