Job Summary

i&M Bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assurance Risk Audit Officer to conduct risk-based audits, evaluate internal controls, and provide independent assurance on governance, risk management, and compliance across the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit assignments.
• Assess risks, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Document audit findings and prepare audit reports.
• Apply data analytics to identify risks and control gaps.
• Follow up on audit actions and validate remediation.
• Engage stakeholders and provide independent assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Banking Operations.
• Knowledge of auditing, risk management, banking regulations, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in audit and data analytics tools.
• CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA certification will be an added advantage.
