The Role: Assistant – Next Frontier’s Incubation & Small Grants Program

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day administration of the Incubator & Small Grants Program.
  • Track grant beneficiary reports and manage deadlines.
  • Prepare meeting schedules, attendance lists, minutes, and trackers.
  • Coordinate communication between participants, mentors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure program records are accurate, complete, and well-organized.

Requirements

  • Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administration or business office support.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attitude: Proactive, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
