The Role: Assistant – Next Frontier’s Incubation & Small Grants Program
St Jude’s is looking for an experienced project person with a passion for impactful events and smooth operations.
Who You Are
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Enjoys administrative work, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
- A clear and professional communicator with various stakeholders.
- Eager to learn and grow within program administration.
- Dedicated to creating systems that run smoothly without errors.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day administration of the Incubator & Small Grants Program.
- Track grant beneficiary reports and manage deadlines.
- Prepare meeting schedules, attendance lists, minutes, and trackers.
- Coordinate communication between participants, mentors, and internal teams.
- Ensure program records are accurate, complete, and well-organized.
Requirements
- Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administration or business office support.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attitude: Proactive, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
