Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations across both the restaurant and cafe to ensure international service standards.
• Assist in supervising, training, and motivating team members to maintain high levels of hospitality and efficiency.
• Monitor guest experience and respond promptly to customer feedback to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Help manage stock levels, inventory audits, and daily cash flow management.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all service areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an assistant managerial or supervisory role within a high-standard restaurant or cafe.

Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, active problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.

Hospitality Standards: Clear understanding of international food and beverage operations, guest relations, and team leadership.
