Assistant Nursing Officer

Job Description:
The Assistant Nursing Officer will support the delivery of quality nursing care to patients while assisting senior nursing staff with the coordination of clinical activities. The role involves monitoring patients, administering prescribed treatments, maintaining nursing records, and supporting a safe and patient-centred healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and document patients' conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors and senior nurses during procedures.
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate health practices.
• Observe infection prevention and control procedures.
• Support the supervision of nursing activities when required.
