JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

Manage coffee storage, stock control, transportation, and fleet operations to ensure timely and quality delivery of coffee.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics and transportation.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Coffee industry experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities – Logistics:

• Manage coffee storage and warehouse operations.
• Maintain coffee stock records and conduct quality checks.
• Coordinate sorting, sample dispatch, and reporting.
• Support factory maintenance and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities – Transportation:

• Plan and supervise shipments for timely delivery.
• Oversee fleet management, inspections, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Supervise drivers and logistics staff.
• Monitor transportation costs and maintain proper documentation.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
