About the Role:
Breezes Beach Club & Spa is looking for an experienced and service-driven Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of our F&B department. This role is key in ensuring the highest standards of guest service across our restaurants, bars, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the F&B Manager in overseeing restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
- Supervise and coach F&B staff to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards in all outlets
- Monitor inventory, assist with cost control, and coordinate with the kitchen and stores
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and service enhancements

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or F&B Management
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury or high-end hotel
- ⁠- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of F&B systems, inventory control, and safety standards
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
